A practicle stop over for an early morning long haul flight from Heathrow. The walk from the Tube station to the the Hotel and back gave us the excercise that we needed. We would use the hotel again.
the room was dirty and the carpet had hloes in it the bed was so uncomfortable when we got into bed we rolled into the middle we had to put the mattress on the floor, but that was uncomfortable aswell we had no sleep at all the breakfast was cold we would not recommend this hotel at all we had a taxi from the hotel to twickenham stadium this cost us £14.00 but another couple had a taxi to the same venue and they paid £7.00 it was the same taxi company provided by the hotel after all this put a downer on the weekend
All if it.... Outdated decor, rude & unhepful staff, inadequate facilities. All in all, a very bad experince. Will never stay there again
rooms where dirty shower curtain was filthy with brown stains on it noise of airplanes intolerable from 4.30 am onwards would not stay there again and would not reccomend anyone to stay there
The location was fantastic with added extra of parking the beds were huge and very comfy, bar was great food in the evening lovely and a great buffet breakfast
Limited WiFI No food available in hotel or pub in the evening
Beds, toilets & wifi
Cleanliness, comfort, staff not very helpful
everything - we always stay here when working in London area
Water takes 45 min to become warm £5 parking charge planes nearly landing on the roof being able to wave at passangers on the planes and the beds are only 5ft long
No wifi in rooms £5.00 parking fee.
Lack of outside seated area
I chose the Master Robert mainly for location, (although the price quoted was also very favourable), If you're used to staying in Hilton's, Ramada's etc then this may not be the hotel for you. If you're looking for a decent standard of accommodation with clean rooms, a decent breakfast etc then in my view this hotel is worth a stay. Staff were friendly, room was okay, (inc Sky Sports 1&2 if that's a bonus to you), and the breakfast choice was very good. Ideal for the business traveller.
Just be aware that there is a £5 charge per night for the car park
For overnight business stay satisfactory, and good value. If looking for more luxury, then you pay the appropriate price level
nice comfortable hotel breakfast very good
